  27. The A2410 was still available from Hirsch & Wolf in Germany last November, so I
  28. think they still are! I bought mine for about DM 200 = $140 one year ago from
  29. them. At the AMIGA '95 in Cologne they were sold for DM 150 = $100.

  36. It is a true ZORRO II card. The video slot is not used!
  37. If you do change the clock speed on the card it can display up to 1024x1024x8
  38. pixels.
  39. Mine can do resolutions from 640x480x8 to 1024x1024x8! Other res are possible!
  40. At the moment I do run my WB with a 1024x768x8 res. using the EGS TIGA driver
  41. version 2 from Aminet. Even ShapeShifter works with this driver.
  42. You can open several screens with different resolutions.
  43. The speed of the card is comparable to that one of the RETINA 2 card.
  44. The Picasso 2 is definetly faster.
  45. According to WSPEED (GFXboard test software) the A2410 runs always the same
  46. speed independent of the number of colors used! 8 colors are as fast as 256
  47. colors.

  49. I will buy the CyberGFX package to try it with the A2410.
  50. But it seems that there's NO speed advantage, only compatibility advantages-
